Level Up with Leslie ("we," "us," or "our") provides BoldTrail coaching and training services operated by Leslie Suarez. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit levelupwithleslie.com, book a session, buy a coaching package, or contact us, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

• Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, phone number, company, and role you provide in forms or at booking.
• Commercial information: sessions booked, packages or subscriptions purchased, invoices, and payment status.
• Billing information: billing name, address, and the last four digits and type of your card, as provided to us by our payment processor.
• Communications: messages, questions, and notes you send us.
• Internet activity: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data collected automatically.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or security code — card details are entered directly into Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant system. Stripe's use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

• To schedule and deliver coaching sessions and team trainings.
• To process payments, send invoices and receipts, and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To send updates, blog posts, and training tips if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To maintain site security, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with providers that help us run our business, under contract and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Calendly — session scheduling.
• Email delivery and hosting providers — sending invoices, confirmations, and newsletters, and hosting this website.
• YouTube / Google — embedded videos may set their own cookies when played.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Access a copy of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes).
• Opt out of sale or sharing — though we do not sell or share.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect it beyond what is needed for payment.
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Do Not Track and cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site and checkout working. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
