Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of levelupwithleslie.com and your purchase of coaching and training services from Level Up with Leslie, operated by Leslie Suarez ("we," "us"). By booking, buying, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide independent coaching and training on BoldTrail and related real estate technology, including 1:1 sessions, multi-session packages, monthly coaching plans, and team trainings. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by BoldTrail or Inside Real Estate. Coaching is educational; results depend on your own effort and are not guaranteed.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on the site or on your invoice and may change for future purchases.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.
• Invoices for booked single sessions are due before the scheduled session.
• Package sessions must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase unless we agree otherwise.

Monthly subscriptions

• Monthly coaching renews automatically each month until cancelled. The first-month and ongoing monthly prices are shown at checkout.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing period.
• There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel any time by emailing 561leslie@gmail.com; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the period already paid.
• We will notify you before any change to your subscription price takes effect.

Rescheduling and cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as used.
• If we need to cancel, we will reschedule at no cost or refund that session.

Refunds

• Single sessions paid in advance are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session.
• Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase; used sessions are not refundable.
• Monthly subscription payments already charged are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Team training deposits and fees follow the terms in your written quote.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and billing information, attend sessions on time, and do not record, resell, or redistribute coaching materials without permission. Training content, videos, and materials remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, including California's automatic renewal law.
